5. Claims & Assistance

Claims must be reported immediately with proper documentation (vehicle registration, ID proof, service details).

Towing, rental car, and roadside assistance are provided as per the plan coverage.
6. Limitations of Service

Coverage does not include pre-existing damage, accidents, or issues not listed in the selected plan.

Cosmetic damages beyond the scope of the plan (such as dents not included under scratches coverage) are excluded.

Complete Auto Protect is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
